As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, Aurecon has enacted further aspects of our response plan to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, our clients and their families which is our priority at all times.
Our approach also ensures we have business continuity to be able to deliver for our clients and stakeholders in the coming weeks and months.
We have prepared a summary of the key actions we are taking below and are sharing it with our clients and other stakeholders to keep you across this dynamic and fluid situation. As our response continues to evolve, this document will be updated as required.
亚洲免费无女厕所偷拍Our appointed Executive Leadership Team continues to meet three times a week to coordinate our response. It comprises: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Risk Officer, Chief People Officer and Chief Executives Australia & New Zealand and Asia.
Our appointed Operational Leadership Team continues to meet daily to implement our response. It comprises: Chief Operations Officer, General Counsel, Group Director of Health & Safety and Chief Risk Officer.
We are speaking daily with our company Medical Director, our safety and security partner, International SOS and monitoring advice from authorities.
The latest advice on symptoms and health hygiene have been provided to employees. We maintain a COVID-19 resource hub on our company intranet which includes the latest information from health and government authorities across the geographies in which we do business.
All international and domestic travel has been stopped with senior executive approvals required for business-critical travel.
Self-isolation requirements have also been put in place for those that have recently returned from overseas.
At this stage, we are keeping our Australian offices open, however we have a large number of our staff working remotely. Social distancing is being practiced by those remaining in our offices.
Our New Zealand offices will be closed from Wednesday 25 March in accordance with the New Zealand Government’s restrictions and staff will be working from home.

In Middle East, our offices remain open, however we have a number of staff working remotely, with social distancing being practiced by those remaining in our offices.
All our staff, including those working from home, can be contacted as normal via email and phone.
Our employees are receiving regular updates on the situation and our response. As per above, we also maintain a COVID-19 resource hub on our company intranet which includes the latest information from health and government authorities across the geographies in which we do business. This COVID-19 resource hub is accessible to all people working remotely.
亚洲免费无女厕所偷拍Our teams are being asked to consider whether there are any specific client projects which would be particularly impacted by a disruption to business as usual considering upcoming deadlines or deliverables. We are building contingency plans including how our offices could support each other as a back-up should one need to close.
Where we recognise project delays are possible we are liaising with our clients and partners to ascertain the most appropriate way forward to ensure care of our people and business continuity.
